E-Learning course (courseware) for Time Management

Chris Croft, founder of the Croft Management Centre, is one of the UK's leading management trainers and is a recognised authority in time management. He is also a successful author and has published his work using a variety of media. Chris was keen to explore how interactive media could be used to deliver a high quality and effective distance learning experience.

time management coursewareThe starting point for the project was to establish the business case i.e. is there a viable market for an online course in time management? Working in close partnership Croft Management Centre and studioVerse planned the course format and explored alternative approaches towards teaching/learning in a distance learning context.

The result is a highly interactive, online course in Time Management that makes innovative use of e-learning technology. The course consists of 11 modules and features over 2 hours of video instruction, including how to write personal goals, prioritising your time, the impact of personality drivers etc. A number of diagnostic tools offer the user unique insights into their own time management lifestyle and personalised recommendations.

"studioVerse made it possible for us to create our on-line Time Management course, because they understand both the technology and instructional design. We have found in the past that people who only understand the technology just say "no you can't have that" (or "yes" and it turns out to be difficult and therefore expensive) but with studioVerse you get the answer "you can't have that but how about this?" and the suggestions are often better than the original that you wanted. It was also at a price that we could afford - an extra bonus!"
